Abstract
In this study, we investigate the presence of Antibacterial Immune Peptides and their biological effect on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria which had been searched in (24) samples of pregnant women, the biological activity against bacteria was investigated as an alternative safe option to antibiotics, The results shows that seven of twenty four samples had anti-bacterial Immune peptides and the highest biological effect was at (24 mm) and the lowest effect was (8 mm), this results indicate the importance of these peptides in resisting bacteria and their usage in cases where the use of antibiotics is considered dangerous.
