Item دراسة لتحديد العوامل المؤثرة في تكوين الصور المقطعية وتصميم برنامج حاسوبي بلغة الـ MATLAB لتحسين جودتها A Study To Specify the Parameters Affecting the Formation of CT Scanner Images And Designing A MATLAB-Based Computer Program To Improve Their Quality(2019-04-04) بشير اليادي, مفيدةThe rapid and rapid development of digital applications and information revolution has forced its users to use and manipulate digital images in many scientific fields (medical, industrial, space, military and security). The use of medical image processing systems contributes to the reduction of medical errors and assistance in Early detection of diseases and reducing the dose of radiation to the patient in the case of re-imaging, this study dealt with the factors affecting the composition and identification of CT images, and the design of computer system in the language of MATLAB to improve quality based on the physical factor (intensity and energy photons bright Ray absorbed from the detector computed tomography device) in the spatial area of the image using a program (Matlab2013) on the image directly .pent results obtained using a number of six filters are(Gaussian Filter- BB Filter- CB Filter Average Filter- High pass Filter -Average Filter Median Filter(And the technique of balancing the shape (HE) on three parts of the body (head, lung and abdomen) to show the difference of improvement between them and using the proposed system, the quality of the improved images was assessed using six quality measures (PSNR-MSE-MAE-AD- MD-Sd) and is evaluated by specialists (doctors and radiologists). The results showed that the Gaussian filter is the best and the most efficient in improving the quality. This indicates that the quality of the images improved by this filter is of high quality. The values of PSNR (51 dB) - 37 dB41 - dB for both head and lung images And the abdomen respectively. The results of Sd are also shown to be the lowest value for all filters (Gaussian Filter, CB Filter Average Filter-BB), The main characteristics of these images are different in terms of lighting and color distribution due to absorption, dispersion andvii access to X-ray photons, which is reflected in the filter function. The results of the visual evaluation of the proposed images showed that the Gaussian candidate has a high ability to improve the quality of the proposed CT images and the application of the statistical program (SPSS) on the results of the evaluation. The results confirmed that there were statistically significant differences between the filters used in the research due to different candidate from each other, The filters were arranged according to their quality within the system, respectively:- Gaussian Filter BB Filter HE CB Filter Average Filter High pass Filter Median Filter
