Three districts in the southwest of Libya have been chosen for this study whereThis region is dominated by the desert climate. The sites from which samples were collected are far from each other about 180 k. Ocimum basilicum or Basil has been collected from Sabha , Acacia nilotica collected from Wadi AL-Shati and chamomilla aurea from Awainat/ Ghaat .The study aims to determine the effectiveness of basil leaves. and the Acacia nilotica seed and chamomilla aurea leaves and flowers to inhibit some human pathogenic bacterias human being,all extracts were obtained using soxhelet extractor device with different types of organic solvents (ethanol, chloroform and acetone) and distilled water, four different concentrations were for each extract 20,50.70, 100%.
