In this study,Aluminum oxide nanoparticles were prepared by sol gel method , aluminum oxide nanoparticles were evaluated using x-ray fluorescence (XRF) , Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), This study also determines the antibacterial and fungus activity of Al2O3 nanoparticles against pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli and Trichophyton rubrum, The average crystallite size of Al2O3 nanoparticles was determined to be 30 nm in XRD, Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia Coli and Trichophyton rubrum displayed a peak zone of inhibition (15 , 13 mm) and (70%) in the antimicrobial experiment at a dose of 100 mg/ml of Al2O3 nanoparticles, aluminium oxide is a powerful antibacterial and fungus agent that may be used to treat a wide range of human illnesses.en_US
