This research was designed as a descriptive quantitative. The students were 84 students of faculty of language in Sabha University. The sample of this research was 84 students the questionnaires were Distribute in group of English language students. The instrument was questionnaire adapted from Schmitt’s Vocabulary Learning Strategies Taxonomy. Dans le cadre scolaire, elle est devenue une démarche organisatrice de la pédagogie, donc l’évaluation fait partie de l’enseignement, elle est demandée par la société et pratiqué par les enseignants dans leurs classes, elle a un rôle indispensable dans le processus d’apprentissage et dans la pédagogie choisie. Il est intéressant de se demander à l’évaluation est une fin ousielle ne constitue qu’unoutil à certains moments à l’école. On parle d’évaluation des compétences pour désigner le processus visant à mesurer le niveaud’apprentissage des élèves , par exemple à partir d’un référentiel extérieur ou tout simplement de la leçon précédemment . Dans certaines doctrines, ils’agit d’une pratique pédagogique essentielle à l’apprentissage, bien qu’elle soit nécessairement subjective, l’évaluation est un outil essentiel tout au long de l’apprentissage. Selon la finalité qu’on lui donne, il existe différents types d’évaluation qui se situe à des moments différents de l’apprentissage. Cette recherche a pour objet de mettre en évidencel’importance et le rôle de l’évaluation ainsi que l’efficacité de son usage en tantqu’un outil motivant dans l’apprentissage du fle. Dans cette recherche, nous essayons d'étudier dans le premier chapitre la définition et l'emploi de l'évaluation et ses différentes formes et nous allons donner des exemples illustratifs afin de faciliteret la tache. Dans le deuxième chapitre, nous abordon la outils et l'emploi de l'évolution dans la classe de langue et nous essayons de démontrer la différence entre les objectifs et les stratégies d'évaluations .
